Match Report by St@tto

Harriers recorded their third win in-a-row, and seventh in ten games, with a comfortable victory over Lincoln City.

Danny Lewis returned to the starting line-up for the first time in ten games as the only change to the side that had won at Southport last time out.  He was rarely troubled, though, in a scrappy first half.

Harriers took the lead four minutes before the interval; Michael Gash, on as a substitute for the injured Nathan Blissett, hammering home a blistering shot into the top corner from Kyle Storer's short free-kick.

After the break Harriers began to take control of the game.  Joe Lolley smacked a shot against the crossbar and then created Harriers' second on 55 minutes, Paul Farman in the City goal parrying his low cross onto the hapless Andrew Boyce who couldn't help but turning the ball into his own net.

Sean Newton cleared off the line from Josh Gowling's header as Harriers pressed for another goal before Gash set up Storer to fire in a 25-yarder that gave Farman no chance.  Harriers had the ball in the net again twelve minutes from the end but the linesman's flag ruled out Amari Morgan-Smith's effort.

City pulled a goal back shortly afterwards; former Harrier Nick Wright heading in from Mo Fofana's cross to record his first goal for the club.

In stoppage time Harriers restored their three-goal advantage; Gash again the provider, this time for Anthony Malbon who tucked the ball past Farman from close range to take his season's tally to four.
