Preview: Harrogate Town v Harriers
Harriers have a quick opportunity to bounce back from defeat this evening when they visit promotion rivals Harrogate Town.°
The first meeting of the clubs sees fifth entertain sixth, a Harriers victory could lift them up to fourth place in the league and ensure that the gap to leaders Fylde does not get out of hand.
Harriers will again be without Jared Hodgkiss and Elton Ngwatala through injury so Liam Truslove should continue in the centre of the midfield after making his first start for the club in Saturday's defeat. If manager John Eustace does decide to change things around Sam Austin and Robert Stambolziev will be looking to be called up for their first starts of the season.
Harrogate are managed by former Harrier Simon Weaver, who also has former Harriers Lloyd Kerry and Dominic Knowles available to him in a very experienced squad. Town have gone close to promotion a number of times in recent seasons and are pushing well once again. Despite losing their last two games, most recently at leaders Fylde, Harrogate have won their last three at home and are unbeaten on their own patch where they play on an artificial pitch.
I expect Harriers to line-up as follows (4-3-3): Hornby; Williams, Francis-Angol, Lowe, Tunnicliffe; Croasdale, McQuilkin, Truslove; Waite, Dieseruvwe, Gnahoua.
Subs (from): Austin, A. Brown, Carter, Clarke, Forsyth, Millichamp, Palmer, Stamboliev, Thomas.
Missing (injured): Hodgkiss, Ngwatala.
Missing (on-loan): A. Brown, Digie, Hancocks, Sho-Silva, Sweeney, Taylor.
Tonight's referee is Paul Marsden from Lancashire who will be taking charge of a Harriers game for the first time.
The weather this evening is forecast to be mostly cloudy with a temperature of 8C and a 10% chance of rain.
